The ground handling services at Burgas airport are performed in accordance with international standards, 24 hours a day on an area of 136,998 m2. Burgas airport has 24 aircraft stands. On the apron there is plenty of space for parking of big aircraft such as Boeing 747 and An124. The services perfomed are:

The Government of Bulgaria with Civil Aviation Act (Promulgated Official State Gazette Issue No. 85 of 1998) and Charges Regulations applicable for the usage of public airports and for the provision of air navigation services in the Republic of Bulgaria (approved by № 280 Decree of the Council of Ministers of 23 December 1998 and published in SG 2 in 1999) has set the following airport charges:

• Parking charge according to CI.13, para (2) and (3)
• The rate of the parking charge is equal to 20 per cent of the landing charge for each 24 hour period or part thereof for the time of parking which exceeds the free parking time according to CI.10, para (4), item 11.
• When an international flight is performed followed by a domestic one the parking charge payable is the same as for international flights.
• When a domestic flight is performed followed by an international one the parking charge payable is the same as for domestic flights.
• The rate of the parking charge for airports used as a base (permanent and temporary) for 24 hour period is 5 per cent of the landing charge for a domestic flight for each 24 hour period or part thereof.
• Passenger charge according to CI.16, para (2):
• The rate of the passenger charge payable by the operator is equal to:
• 3.1. EURO 8.0 for departing passengers on international flights;
• 3.2. EURO 1.5 for departing passengers on domestic flights;
• 3.3. infants from 2 up to 12 years pay 50 per cent of the charge stated in items 3.1 and 3.2
